At the consultation we will discuss your habit/addiction and from that I will devise a treatment plan. This plan will also include the number of sessions that I feel you need. The next time we meet will be for your first session of hypnotherapy. *This is where you will find yourself in nice relaxed state and through the power of positive suggestions will achieve your goal.
