How can you help me to lose weight?
At the consultation I will firstly find out your motivation to want to lose weight as sadly there is no magic wand and you do have to be motivated to lose weight. I will then ask you a series of questions to enable me to devise a treatment plan that is tailored for you. At our next session the hypnotherapy will take place.
How many sessions am I likely to need?
*As everyone’s eating habits are different this really can vary person to person. However I would say between 4 and 6 sessions.
Does the hypnotherapy last for months?
Honestly? In some cases clients have never had to come back for top ups. However several years ago I found that a few clients would contact me asking me for top ups as things had perhaps slipped a little. To prevent this from happening, I decided to offer recordings of each session, which have proved to be extremely successful. By having the recordings to listen to at home, you build the layers a lot quicker, and also have a backup should you need it in the future. *A lot of my clients have found this to be so valuable in their weight loss journey.
